Prestige Palm Solutions offers third pard delivery options to customers located in Queensland (QLD), New South Wales (NSW), Victoria (VIC), and South Australia (SA). All delivery locations are subject to confirmation based on freight provider availability at the time of booking.

State Regulations & Customer Responsibility
Interstate deliveries may be subject to additional regulations, including quarantine inspections, state-specific restrictions, or additional fees. These may include taxes, inspection costs, or other duties that are not included in our product or shipping pricing.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to understand and comply with their local laws and regulations. Prestige Palm Solutions accepts no liability for:
Goods seized or delayed due to local laws or biosecurity restrictions
Returned goods resulting from non-compliance with regulations
Any loss, cost, or refund associated with these outcomes
Should a delivery be returned to us under such circumstances, customers will be responsible for the full cost of re-delivery.
Rates & Charges
Delivery costs are calculated per order based on the size of the plants or trees ordered and the space they occupy during transport. Freight rates vary depending on product volume, weight, and destination, and are confirmed individually by our freight providers at the time of booking.

Delivery Timeframes
All deliveries require a minimum of one month’s notice to ensure adequate freight coordination and scheduling. Deliveries are arranged on a per-order basis, and timelines are dependent on freight availability, weather, and site-specific access conditions.
We do our best to meet preferred delivery dates; however:
Refunds will not be issued due to changes of mind relating to delivery timeframes
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and should be treated as a guide only
Customers with time-sensitive needs must contact us prior to placing an order to confirm availability
Order Processing & Freight Preferences
Orders are only processed and scheduled for dispatch after full payment has been received, including both products and shipping costs.
If you have a preferred freight provider or specific delivery requirements, please let us know at the time of ordering. We will do our best to accommodate your request where possible.
Shipping Terms & Limitations
Limitation of Liability: Prestige Palm Solutions is not liable for lost, delayed, or damaged goods once they have been dispatched via third-party freight providers.
Customer Responsibility: Customers accept full responsibility for contacting freight carriers regarding any lost, damaged, or delayed shipments.
Incorrect Delivery Information: We are not responsible for delivery errors resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer.
Contactless Delivery: All deliveries are contactless and curbside only. Delivery drivers are not permitted to enter private properties.
Driver Entry Prohibited: Delivery personnel working on behalf of Prestige Palm Solutions are not authorised to enter customer premises and do so at their own risk.
